The operating system for larger residential and commercial trades, now with AI analytics, an AI virtual agent, and AI-assisted dispatch.

Overview

ServiceTitan is what a home services business graduates onto when Housecall Pro or Jobber stops being enough — typically somewhere past ten technicians, or when commercial work, service agreements, and job costing enter the picture. It runs CRM, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payroll, marketing attribution, and accounting in one system, and the AI layer sits on top of that data rather than beside it: Titan Intelligence for analytics, an AI Virtual Agent for call handling, and Dispatch Pro for schedule optimisation. That data gravity is the real argument for it. It is also the argument against it: implementation is a project measured in weeks, the contract is annual, and the price is quoted. If you are a three-truck shop, this will cost you more in setup time than it returns. If you are a twenty-truck shop still reconciling dispatch in a spreadsheet, it is the highest-leverage software purchase available to you, and the AI features are a reason to buy the platform, not the reason.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Genuinely covers the whole trade business, not one slice of it
  • AI runs on your own dispatch, pricing, and job history
  • Dispatch Pro optimisation is a measurable margin lever at scale
  • Deep marketing attribution back to booked revenue
  • The default platform in the upper half of the trades market

Cons

  • No published pricing and an annual contract
  • Implementation is a multi-week project, not a signup
  • Substantially overbuilt below about ten technicians
  • AI features are layered on a platform commitment, not buyable standalone
  • Switching cost once your job history lives inside it is severe

Pricing

Not published — demo and custom quote, generally annual and priced by technician count and module selection. Expect a real implementation fee on top of subscription. Ask which AI features (Titan Intelligence, AI Virtual Agent, Dispatch Pro) are included versus sold as add-ons.
