Welcome to WorkflowStack AI, operated by Blueteem LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at workflowstackai.com (the "Site"), including all content, features, guides, tools, assessments, newsletters, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account & Access

Most of the Site is accessible without creating an account. Certain features — such as downloading guides — require you to provide an email address. Administrative features require authenticated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@workflowstackai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (including bots, spiders, or data miners) to extract content from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file, without prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share our paid guides, templates, playbooks, or other premium content without prior written permission.
  • Circumvent rate limits, download token expiration, access controls, or other security measures.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, workflows, guides, templates, prompts, playbooks, assessments, design elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to WorkflowStack AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.

Free content: Articles, workflow descriptions, and other publicly available content may be referenced and linked to freely. You may quote short excerpts with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions without prior written permission.

Paid & gated content: Guides, playbooks, templates, and other premium or email-gated materials are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publicly post these materials. This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Some guides and resources are available as free downloads in exchange for your email address. Download links are generated with cryptographically signed tokens that expire after a limited time (currently 48 hours). We reserve the right to modify delivery methods, formats, or access windows at any time.

If we introduce paid digital products in the future, additional purchase terms (including refund policies, payment terms, and licensing details) will be presented at the point of sale and will supplement these Terms.

6. Newsletter & Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or downloading a guide, you consent to receive emails from us, including:

  • A welcome email with any requested download links.
  • An automated onboarding email sequence (up to 7 emails over approximately two weeks).
  • Periodic newsletter updates with AI workflow tips and resources.

7. AI Readiness Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment is a self-service informational tool that provides general guidance based on your responses. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of assessment results for your specific business needs.

8. Consulting & Audit Services

Submitting a consulting or audit request through the Site does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party. Any consulting, audit, or implementation engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and WorkflowStack AI.

9. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and services (including recommended AI tools and software platforms). These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations — we only recommend tools we believe provide genuine value to SMBs.

10. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (such as messages via the contact form, consulting request details, or assessment responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and Services. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkflowStack AI and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If you are located in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkflowStack AI regarding use of the Site. Any prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements (whether oral, written, or electronic) are superseded by these Terms.
