The low-cost full-suite CRM with Zia AI — scoring, forecasting, generative drafting, and agents — for teams priced out of HubSpot and Salesforce.

Overview

Zoho CRM is what most small sales teams end up on once they price HubSpot Professional or Salesforce honestly. It is a complete CRM — pipeline, automation, forecasting, territories — with a forever-free edition for three users and paid editions that reviewers consistently rank among the most affordable serious options, and the Zia AI layer covers lead scoring, anomaly detection, generative drafting, and built-in agents. Zoho offers its own Zia LLM and lets you choose third-party models such as ChatGPT for generative features. The trade-offs are the ones a decade of reviews agree on: the AI features are gated to the costlier editions and the Zia sales assistant is Enterprise-only, support quality is inconsistent, large data volumes can lag, and anything outside the Zoho suite integrates with friction. Buy Zoho CRM if you want a real CRM for a fraction of the price and are prepared to live in Zoho's ecosystem. Buy Pipedrive if you want a simpler sales pipeline and nothing else, or HubSpot if marketing automation matters more than the per-seat price.

Pricing

Forever free for 3 users. Standard US$14, Professional US$23, Enterprise US$40 per user/month, and Zoho CRM Plus from $20/user/month, as rendered on the vendor's US pricing page in early October 2026 (the page renders prices client-side; a month-to-month surcharge, if any, did not display in this pass). Ultimate is not listed on the US pricing page; the feature-comparison page prices it only in INR.
